  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.    
     
  • All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact and returned with the item.    
     
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.  

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.    
 

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Share Photos  

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photos showing the issue. This allows us to verify the problem and speed up the process.    
 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once approved, we will send instructions on how to return the item safely. Returns not following these instructions may be rejected.    
 

Refund Process & Timeline  

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.    
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.   
 

Partial Refunds

In such cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.
